The factory is located in a spacious area at Ramapuram, which is just outside the city limits of Chennai, India We have a trained and efficient staff of 50, who handle the production daily. Utmost care is given to all details of manufacturing process, right from procuring the raw material, to the finished product. Stringent quality control procedures are established at every stage of the process.

Our manufacturing facilities include:  

Destoners  (Removal of stones and other impurities) Roasters  (to remove moisture and impart flavour)
Sifters (to maintain particle size uniformity) Pulverisers (Grinding)
Blenders (to maintain the same quality throughout the batch) Driers (to remove moisture)

Preparation of instant food mixes require precooking of raw materials such as dal and tamarind. We have a pressure cooker and a boiler to handle about 90 kgs of raw material in one shot.

In food products, the greatest cause of bacterial infestation is due to the presence of moisture. Our processes ensure that moisture is kept to a minimum. Our finished products in our packing, has a shelf life of 1 to 1-1/2 years.
